There is good access to public transport, including taxis.
Collection from train station or bus stop available.
Set in an elevated position, access from roadway via sloping garden path with highlighted nosings on the steps and a handrail which are well illuminated at night.
Private car park at the rear, accessed via a steep drive, steps with highlighted nosings, a handrail and lights leading to the front door.
The dining room is on the ground floor which is well lit and airy.
The three storey building has two bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms on the second floor. No lifts.
The bedrooms have remote controlled LCD televisions, some with DVD, radio alarm clocks, cordless kettles, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.
There are wide, shallow stairs to the first floor (20) and a steeper set of stairs (16) to the second floor.
The well lit public areas have good colour contrast to floors and walls.
