Bryn Derwen forms part of a spacious semi-detached house built in the late Victorian period, set well back from the roadway on rising ground and enjoys a commanding position with good views.
It is ideally situated just a short walk (800m) from the medieval walled town of Conwy, a World Heritage Site, with easy access to local attractions and public transport services.
The North Wales coastal resorts, including the Isle of Anglesey, are readily accessible, as is the Snowdonia National Park with its magnificent mountain and lake scenery. Comfortable, well-appointed accommodation is complemented by an excellent breakfast.

There are excellent bus and train services throughout the North Wales coastal area and the Conwy Valley, with access also to the Snowdonia mountain ranges. The railway station, which is on an inter-city line (Holyhead to London Euston), is only a few minutes walk away and the stop for local buses is within 50 metres of the cottage.
The upper floor of the cottage has, from the front, views over the town, and from the rear the wooded hillsides and mountains of the lower reaches of the Conwy Valley.
